Refund & Return Policy – ISREEN Official

At ISREEN Official, we stand behind the quality of our skincare products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Our formulations are crafted with care — but if your experience doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products, we accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

If your order meets these criteria, please reach out to support@isreen.us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to assist with next steps.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers or resellers

  • Promotional, sample, or gift items

Please double-check your cart before completing your order.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds are automatically credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

If a refund is delayed, please contact your bank first — then reach out to support@isreen.us if needed.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you’d like to replace an item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order once the refund is processed.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos of:

  • The damaged or wrong item

  • The shipping box or label

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel, please email support@isreen.us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may still qualify for a return under our policy.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ISREEN cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
